Terms & Conditions of Service

Thank you for choosing our printing services. These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with us and outline your rights and obligations as our customer. By approving your order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Order Approval & Proofing Responsibility

By submitting final artwork or approving a digital proof, you acknowledge full responsibility for:

  • Content accuracy (spelling, grammar, punctuation, data)
  • Layout, image placement, and proportions
  • File specifications, including trim size, orientation, bleed, and margins
  • Color mode conversions (RGB/Pantone to CMYK)
  • Image resolution and embedded fonts
  • Any deviations resulting from poor file preparation

We do not guarantee color or layout accuracy for files that do not follow our print specifications. The client has to submit print-ready artwork.

2. Printing Errors & Reprints

If a printing error occurs as a result of our production process, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.
However, we are not liable for reprints if the issue stems from:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or typographical errors in submitted files
  • Incorrect formatting, sizing, or layout
  • Improper file orientation
  • Low-resolution images or poor-quality graphics
  • Missing bleeds or trim marks

All reprints must use the original files. Revisions or new files will be considered a new order.

3. Colour Accuracy Disclaimer

While we take great care to ensure colour consistency and accuracy, exact colour matching is not guaranteed due to the following:

  • Colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed when compared to digital proofs or screens
  • Screen displays (RGB) often differ from printed output (CMYK)
  • Coatings and laminations may alter colour appearance
  • Substrate, paper type, and finish influencing the final appearance

Where exact colour reproduction is critical, we highly recommend ordering a Printed Sample Proof before production. This service is available upon request for an additional charge.

4. Custom Nature of Products

All products are customized and made-to-order. As such:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once approved
    • Any post-approval changes will be treated as new orders
    • Orders cancelled after approval will incur 100% cancellation charges

5. Refunds & Claims Policy

We do not offer refunds. If you believe your product is defective or below print industry standards:

  • Contact us within one (1) business day of delivery. Claims beyond this window will be considered void
  • If a reprint is approved, only the original submitted file may be used
  • The decision to reprint (in full or part) is at our discretion

6. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers once your order leaves our facility. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Sample Proofs

Sample (hard copy) proofs are available upon request for an added fee. These are strongly encouraged for colour-sensitive projects or those with complex finishes. Sample proofs delay the turnaround time but help avoid production surprises.

8. Quality Expectations & Tolerances

Minor inconsistencies in colour, cutting, or alignment may occur within acceptable print industry tolerances. Such variations do not qualify for reprints or refunds. For precision-sensitive jobs, request a sample proof or consult our team before proceeding.

9. Intellectual Property

All original designs, layouts, and print materials created by our team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients confirm that submitted files and content do not infringe upon third-party rights. You assume full liability for all content provided.

10. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, or printing errors due to client-submitted files.

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the value of the product or service ordered.
